    “A line never lies” Rembrandt.

I have enjoyed my art practice since childhood when I first understood its magic. I’ve come to regard line as the art element that is foremost in my work.  Drawing the line captures movement and gesture, and can reveal both what is seen and unseen in our world. An expressive line, while delineating what we observe, also has character and visual impact reflecting who the artist is and ineffable traits that resonate beyond simply describing.  Along with using color and texture through energetic brushwork, I give vibrancy to the vivid nature of our lives.

“Your line is your personality” Keith Haring.
